STANDARD SERVICE

Shipping Time

Due to the nature of our product, please expect 24-48 hours for manufacturing before shipment is sent.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Should you place an order during a weekend or a holiday, production will begin on the following business day.  We do our best to get your order filled as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of most goods within North America, and 2-4 weeks for overseas orders. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. If you require your order in a rush, please contact us via email to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

Shipment Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking number, so you can check the delivery status of your order.  Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. It is the customer's sole responsibility to track the item and follow up on the delivery status. If the item cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address,Daily City Train takes no responsibility to handle such cases or additional charges incurred thereafter.

Returned Shipments

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If your package cannot be delivered because of a wrong address or due to your refusal to accept the package, the carrier will return the package to Daily City Train. If a package is returned for this reason, we will notify you and refund your order, minus the return fee to cover the cost of shipping the items back to us. Composure Vintage takes no responsibility tracking the return package.

Daily CIty Train offers a standard rate of shipping, however other options are avilable based on the customers shipping needs. Please see the options below for shipping within Canada. All our deliveries are done via traceable mail with Canada Post

PRICING, TAXES AND DUTIES

All prices displayed on the site are in Canadian dollars, exclusive of any applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated during checkout, based on the province of delivery in Canada, and are displayed on the Order Review page. Daily City Train does not charge taxes from U.S. customers, who are responsible for any duties and taxes in their country of residence. If you are a U.S. resident, your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars.

Ordering & Payment

We want to make payment for your order as easy and convenient as possible. That’s why we have a number of payment options to fit your various payment needs.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and all transactions are run securely through PayPal and Shopify Payments. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).

Taxes and Duties

Within Canada, Provincial Sales taxes will be added at checkout. The tax amount will depend on the shipping address you provide, charged in accordance with the rates charged in your province of shipping. U.S. customers do not pay sales tax in Canada. As such, U.S. customers are responsible for payment of any duties and taxes in their country of residence.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify us immediately via email at info.dailycitytrain@gmail.com.  Be advised that shipments go out within 48 hours, so you must notify us of changes as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If your item has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
